Francisco Arballo

PROFILE

Francisco has a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance management. His preparation in transfer pricing includes studies by the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations and currently, he is one of the 35 experts accredited by the National Federation of Economists Associations of Mexico as an Expert in Transfer Pricing. Francisco has over 10 years of practice in this area. Before joining EFE, Francisco collaborated with different international firms in supervisory and regional management functions. He has advised different national and multinational groups in the structuring and documentation of their intercompany transactions, requesting and negotiating advance transfer pricing agreements with the Mexican Tax Administration as well as supporting taxpayers in transfer pricing audit processes.
